Job Title: Personal Injury Solicitor (Hybrid Working)
Location: Liverpool (Hybrid)
Salary: up to £40,000 + Excellent Benefits

Overview:
We are working in partnership with a leading national legal services provider to recruit a Personal Injury Solicitor to support on various cases within their Serious Injury team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established, forward-thinking firm that handles high-value, complex personal injury claims.
The Role:
You will assist in managing a caseload of serious and catastrophic injury claims, both litigated and non-litigated. This includes gathering evidence, liaising with medical experts, drafting legal documents, and supporting the fee earner through all stages of the claim process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with high-value, multi-track personal injury claims
- Risk assess cases and escalate concerns appropriately
- Liaise with clients, medical experts, and external agencies
- Draft pleadings, witness statements, and schedules of loss
- Attend court hearings, conferences, and client meetings as required
- Support with instructing Counsel and preparing for JSMs
- Engage in mentoring and training junior team members
Experience & Skills Required:
- Experience assisting on or managing litigated personal injury claims
- Strong understanding of liability, causation, and quantum
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Confident using case management systems and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work flexibly and manage competing priorities
- Defendant background candidates with relevant experience are welcome
