We have a great opportunity to be join a supportive team within our Education & Training Department, working on a 12 month full time contract. If you have great attention to detail and the ability to be flexible and support a team then this may be the role for you.

Role Profile

This role will provide administrative support for the Assessment Team in all operational functions, but will mainly be responsible for examiner communications, exam development processes and the organisation of meetings and events.

Responsibilities include:

  • Support the team in the administration of all ICAEW exam development processes.
  • Assist with examiner communication, such as the creation and delivery of the examiner newsletter and maintenance of the examiner website.
  • Support student moderation events.
  • Support the production of IFRS/ ISA assessments from item banks, in accordance with ICAEW's quality assurance processes.
  • Undertake administrative duties such as minute taking, arranging meetings, and booking travel.

Candidate Profile

Requirements include:

  • High level competence in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Good attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English, C or above.
