Are you a dynamic and creative teacher looking for an exciting opportunity in alternative education? Our client is seeking passionate educators to join their vibrant community at a school in High Wycombe. If you are enthusiastic about fostering a love for learning, embracing diversity, and encouraging students to think beyond the traditional, this could be the perfect role for you.

At this school, approximately 20 pupils are supported in a nurturing, encouraging, and supportive environment, specifically designed for those who will reintegrate back into a mainstream setting. The core team consists of the Head of School, three teachers, and three support staff, with additional support provided by regional and national staff who work across multiple schools in the group.

Why join this team? The school offers an innovative approach to education with a strong emphasis on creativity and critical thinking. The learning environment is inclusive and supportive, providing ample opportunities for professional growth and development.

About you: The ideal candidates for teaching positions should hold, or be willing to work towards, QTS/QTLS. Tutors should have a degree or equivalent and be willing to work towards a teaching qualification. A proven track record of raising attainment, supporting behavioural challenges, and demonstrating high levels of pastoral care is essential. You should be enthusiastic about alternative education methodologies, committed to holistic student development, and ready to bring fresh ideas and creativity to the classroom and beyond. Most importantly, you should be passionate about making a positive impact on students' lives.

Our client is dedicated to developing their staff as well as their students. Throughout your time with them, you will be fully supported with a range of CPD, career progression, and in-house training, including paid qualifications. This is complemented by numerous other benefits such as a pension scheme and parental leave.

If you are ready to join a forward-thinking team and make a real difference in the lives of young learners, we would love to hear from you!
