At this school, approximately 20 pupils are supported in a nurturing, encouraging, and supportive environment, specifically designed for those who will reintegrate back into a mainstream setting. The core team consists of the Head of School, three teachers, and three support staff, with additional support provided by regional and national staff who work across multiple schools in the group.

About you: The ideal candidates for teaching positions should hold, or be willing to work towards, QTS/QTLS. You should be enthusiastic about alternative education methodologies, committed to holistic student development, and ready to bring fresh ideas and creativity to the classroom and beyond. Most importantly, you should be passionate about making a positive impact on students' lives.
