As a Property Sales Progressor, you will play a crucial role in facilitating smooth property transactions from the point of sale agreed to completion. You will act as the key liaison between clients, estate agents, solicitors, and mortgage brokers to ensure all parties are informed and engaged throughout the process.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the progress of property sales from offer acceptance to completion.
  • Maintain regular communication with all stakeholders including clients, estate agents, solicitors, and mortgage brokers to provide updates and ensure smooth coordination.
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues that may arise during the sales process, ensuring any delays are minimized.
  • Liaise with third-party service providers such as surveyors and conveyancers to facilitate necessary inspections and legal documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements throughout the sales progression process.
  • Manage client expectations and provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to each transaction, ensuring confidentiality and data protection standards are met.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in property sales progression or a related field within the property sector.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple transactions simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of the property sales process, including legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving abilities.
