As the Branch Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and secure daily operations of the facility. This includes overseeing the maintenance and security of units, managing inventory, and coordinating with the headquarters to ensure efficient delivery of services.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will also involve delivering tours to potential customers and handling sales inquiries. We are looking for a confident and personable candidate who can effectively showcase our storage solutions and answer any questions customers may have. You will also be responsible for executing targeted sales strategies to drive business growth.
As the face of the company, you will be expected to provide exceptional customer service at all times. This includes managing financial records and ensuring prompt action on all customer interactions. Whether it's handling billing inquiries or resolving any concerns, you will be the go-to person for customers and their satisfaction will be your top priority.
As a Branch Manager, you will also have the opportunity to lead and develop a team.
