Job Title: Manufacturing Operative / FLT (Counterbalance) Driver (Plastic Recycling)
Location: Castleford
Pay Rate: £12.83 per hour
Shift Pattern: 3 Shifts (Days, Nights, Afternoons)
Elevation Recruitment Group are currently recruiting an exciting opportunity for a Manufacturing Operative / FLT (Counterbalance) Driver to work for a leading plastic recycling company. This is an excellent chance to join a collaborative team at a choice employer in the Castleford area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate recycling machinery to process plastic materials efficiently and safely
- Drive FLT (Forklift Truck) to transport materials and finished products within the site
- Perform quality checks and ensure smooth running of the production line
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Manufacturing Operative and FLT Driver
- Valid FLT Counterbalance license
- Ability to work across a 3-shift pattern (days, nights, and afternoons)
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious approach
- Team player with good communication skills
