An experienced Resourcing and On-boarding Officer is required to support the recruitment and wider people function within the organisation, ensuring excellent candidate experience and compliance.
This is a full time, temporary position working Monday to Friday
Duties
- To provide advice and guidance on recruitment processes to managers and candidates
- Ensure all records and systems are updated accurately and documents saved
- Undertake all necessary pre-employment checks including DBS checks
- Ensure new starter probationary periods are processed in a timely way
- Organise induction programmes
- Assist with recruitment tasks including candiate journey, advertising vacancies , uploading data onto ATS system, query management and reporting
- Maintain confidentiality and security of information within Data Protection GDPR legislation
Experience
- An understanding of how to use different software and channels (e.g. social media) for advertisement and recruitment purposes
- Good understanding of recruitment procedures
- Good understanding of right to work requirements
- Generalist HR experience or experience working within a recruitment role
- Excellent understanding and commitment to the practice of Diversity and Inclusion within recruitment
- Experience of maintaining accurate records using various IT systems including MS Office Packages and ATS/ HRIS
