Job Description: As a BMS Service and Commissioning Engineer, you will be responsible for the service, maintenance, and commissioning of BMS systems. This role involves working closely with clients to ensure systems are installed and operating efficiently, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing system performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service and maintain BMS systems, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with specifications.
  • Commission new BMS installations, including configuring, testing, and adjusting systems.
  • Diagnose and repair faults in BMS systems, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Provide technical support and training to clients and end-users.
  • Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with industry standards and company procedures.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports and commissioning documentation.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and developments in BMS technology.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Service and Commissioning Engineer in the BMS industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Trend BMS systems.
  • Relevant qualifications in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel within the Midlands region.
  • Valid UK driving license.
