Finance Assistant

My client are looking for a Finance Assistant to join their friendly, hardworking team in Chertsey. The ideal candidate will have experience in Finance Administration and be AAT Level 4 qualified.

Key Responsibilities

  • Balance sheet reconciliations
  • Producing a P/L for review for several different companies
  • Budget analysis
  • Posting journals depreciation, accruals, prepayments
  • Board Pack creation and analysis
  • Uploading and reconciling invoice finance bank accounts
  • Report building such as debtor reports
  • Other tasks such as a bank reconciliation / accounts payable will also be a part of the role but in low quantity
