Overview
We are seeking Customer Support Representatives to join our team for a temporary seasonal role. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong written communication skills (spelling and grammar)
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via chat.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures regarding customer service standards.
Experience
- Previous experience in a customer support role is preferred but not essential.
- Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is advantageous.
- Strong written communication skills are essential for effective interaction with customers.
- Ability to analyse information quickly and provide solutions in a timely manner.
- Able to handle multiple live chats with customers at one time
Hours
40 hours, working 5 days out of 7 (Mon - Sun)
9am - 6pm set working hours
