Our client based in Guildford are looking for a motivated Administrator to join their well established team. The purpose of this position is to support the wider team with all the administration within the office. The Administrator will:

  • Process specific applications for clients
  • Send out the relevant documentation to clients
  • Submit the specific and relevant information on products
  • Chase providers for the information required
  • Make sure products are in place within the required timescales
  • Close off files once completed
  • Be responsible for the scanning and shredding for the office
  • Assisting colleagues with any other duties, as reasonably requested

To be considered the Administrator will:

  • Have fantastic attention to detail
  • Work well under pressure
  • Be confident in your working approach
  • Have great communication skills both written and verbal
  • Be able to work well on Excel, Outlook and Word
  • Have previous administrative experience
  • Work well to own initiative
