WORKING HOURS: Rotating Shift Pattern
Monday to Friday, Day and Night shifts
AM Shift 6.00am - 3.00pm
PM Shift 3.00pm - 11.00pm
At times, there will be opportunity to work additional hours before and after shift, as well as at weekends

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Production Operative who is a team player with an excellent work ethic and a keenness to lean on the job.
Working as the Production Operative you will ensure the safe, effective and efficient operation of the production lines whilst working within the company's quality procedures.
As a successful candidate you will have a great opportunity to gain some fantastic experience, really build your development and ultimately grow your career. Full Training will be Provided.
DUTIES
Your duties and responsibilities as Production Operative will include:
- Comply with all Health & Safety policies and procedures ensuring that the work environment is safe at all times. Any issues to be escalated
- Comply with all Food Safety and quality policies and procedures, by taking responsibility for the safety, legality and quality of products manufactured. Any issues to be escalated
- Ensure hygiene/GMP are maintained in line BRC standards (clean as you go)
- To run the production lines in the most efficient manner in order to hit the daily production plan. Any faults/downtimes to be communicated to a line technician/engineer
- Attend team briefs
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
As the Production Operative you will have the following skills, experience and attributes:
- You will have a demonstrable track record of working within a team and using your own initiative to drive performance
- You will be reliable with an excellent work ethic
- You will also need to be flexible to complete various tasks on an ad hoc basis
- Being proactive and having a positive approach are also important attributes to be successful in this role
- You must have a flexible approach to working on different lines and different tasks across the production area
- At times, there will also be the opportunity to work additional hours before and after shift as well as at weekends, so flexibility is a must
