Lead our talented U19 Women's Team!

This is a rare and exciting opportunity within our U19's team, to lead in the successful planning, delivery and review of daily training in line with the Academy Philosophy and an interdisciplinary approach. On a matchday, you will be required to review performances and complete any reporting or collation of performance data. We are looking for someone to be an ambassador for the Club and the women's game and committed to further enhancing this at BHAFC.

Your coaching background

We are looking for an experienced coach with a track record of demonstrating high performance achievement in a professional environment. You will have a clear understanding of the FA Women's and Girls' high performance player pathway. In this role you will be required to manage and lead a team, so it is essential you are a team player and an excellent communicator.

To be successful in this role you must hold the following qualifications:

  • UEFA B Licence Coaching Award
  • FA Emergency Aid Certificate
  • Safeguarding Certificate
