As a Trade Parts Manager with overall responsibility for the complete parts operation, your responsibilities include:
- Overseeing all aspects of the business from sales to warehousing to parts delivery.
- To create and deliver effective sales and marketing plans, achieving maximum commitment and motivation from your team.
- To meet all financial and market objectives
- To develop and agree parts plans and budgets to achieve sales and financial targets.
- Ensure stock optimisation to satisfy customer demand whilst minimising capital commitment
- To organise, direct and motivate staff within the department
