Psychology Graduate SEN Coach – Northfield
A secondary school in Northfield is looking for a Psychology Graduate SEN Coach to provide academic support for Year 8 pupils with SEN needs, including Autism, ADHD, and those with an EHCP. The role will involve working within lessons, helping students access the curriculum and providing 1:1 and small group support to ensure their individual learning needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- A degree in Psychology or a related field.
- A strong interest in working with children with special educational needs.
- Patience, adaptability, and excellent communication skills.
- Experience working with SEN pupils is beneficial but not essential.
