Senior Social Media Executive - Luxury Beauty

The Opportunity

Brand new and exclusive opportunity for a Social Media Executive with strength in content creation, to join an exciting, fast growth e-commerce business in an entirely remote role. The company is in the luxury beauty tools space, operating in a direct to consumer model via their website, as well in luxury stores and retail partners both online and in-store, globally.

In their fifth year of trading, the company is growing from strength to strength in both team size and numbers, which is why the Marketing Executive position is such a critical and important role for the business, and will be responsible creating original digital content across various social media platforms.

Although this is a remote role, occasional travel into London may be required.

Overview

The Social Media Executive role will sit alongside a wider marketing team and will be responsible for social media for the beauty brand, as well as community management, social media strategy, email management and working alongside a Graphic Designer. The ideal candidate will be creative, have exceptional attention to detail and have a roll-your-sleeves-up approach to wider marketing areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop social media strategy across multi platforms;
  • Provide data analysis and metric reporting;
  • Source and engage with influencers globally;
  • Full community management across all channels, providing immediate response to comments and messages;
  • Identify new trends and timely implement them in line with our brand.

Requirements - Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 2 years' previous social media experience ideally within beauty, cosmetics, beauty tools, lifestyle, haircare or a similar industry;
  • Proficiency in social platforms including Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn and Pinterest.
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Happy to get involved in all aspects of the business

Location: Remote with proximity to London for infrequent meet up (max once a month)

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 (negotiable on experience) per annum.
