Role: Maintenance Coordinator

Location: Trafford Park

Salary: £28,000-£30,000 per annum (DOE)

Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-4pm

Type: Permanent

Are you a Maintenance Coordinator looking for your next opportunity? Then join our client who leading manufacturer within their field and are based in Trafford Park.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance tasks to keep the plant running seamlessly.
  • Ensure all maintenance procedures comply with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Ensure that external contractors are informed about safety requirements and fill out necessary work permits.
  • Respond quickly and safely to breakdowns
  • Create and implement SOP's
  • General site maintenance and housekeeping
  • Responsible for all part numbers/supplier details are recorded correctly and accurately
  • Develop strong working relationships and communications within all departments of the business
  • Find and implement process improvements

Training & Qualification:

  • Minimum of 3 years mechanical or chemical plant experience (essential)
  • Excellent numeracy and literacy skills
  • Counterbalance licence (desirable)
  • Previous experience within: Electrical maintenance, confined space, welding and facility management (desirable)
  • Qualified to NVQ Level 3 (essential)
