Internal Recruiter - Full-Time or Part-Time Options Available
Location: St. Albans, UK (Paid car parking provided)
Salary: £24,500 - £40,000 (Pro-rated for part-time) + OTE + Benefits

What You'll Do:
- Develop and execute our candidate attraction strategy, focusing on both junior and senior hires.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and managing candidates to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Collaborate with management to ensure clear communication and alignment across the business.
- Serve as a business partner, providing valuable insights and recommendations to enhance our recruitment processes.
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 12 months of experience as an agency recruitment consultant.
- Proven ability to effectively manage candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the hiring process.
- Strong relationship-building skills, with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Highly organised, with the capability to manage multiple responsibilities and prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in recruiting both graduates and experienced professionals.
