We are proud to be working with a rapidly growing client based on the outskirts of Burnely who are currently looking to recruit for an experienced Internal Sales Executive to join their head office team. This opening is a result of continued growth and is a great opportunity for someone with a knowledge or background of construction or related industries looking to progress their career.
The main purpose of the role is to facilitate and maximise on all sales opportunities for the business through cultivating strong relationships with exisiting customers and further develop the relationships to maximise all growth potential. The successful candidate will clearly be able to demonstrate the ability to to spot an oppotunity to upsell and cross sell and be able to work collaboratively as part of a wider team.
Main Duties of the role:
- Be the main point of contact for all incoming customer enquiries
- Follow up all queries associated with pricing services and product information
- Proactively engage with customers to promote and expand all account opportunities
- Clearly demonstrate the ability to articulate features and benefits of produts alongside highlighting unique selling points
- Provide new and existing customers with product information and pricing and assisting customers throughout their buying process
Person Specification:
- An ideal candidate will have experience in a similar telephone based sales role preferably within the construction or related sector
- Strong communication skills with a customer-centric approach
- Proven ability to work towards and exceed targets
- Excellent organistaional skills and multi-tasking abilities
- Proficient using CRM and Microsoft office packages
