This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in driving our business forward and delivering exceptional recruitment solutions to multinational clients and SMEs.

Role Description

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for a portfolio of clients
  • Source, screen, and assess candidates using various recruitment methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, understanding their unique requirements and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Conduct thorough candidate interviews and assessments to ensure alignment with client needs and cultural fit.
  • Proactively identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand our client base and market presence.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and recruitment best practices to enhance service delivery and drive business growth.
  • Mentor and support junior members of the recruitment team, providing guidance and fostering a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Ideally you will have at least 2 years recruitment experience in any sector. This is desirable but not essential. If you think you have what it takes we would still love to hear from you!
  • Experience in interviewing and communication
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships
  • Knowledge of recruitment best practices
  • A real drive to succeed and develop
  • You must also enjoy working in a high-pressure environment and the responsibility that comes with it.
  • Experience in business development within a B2B capacity
  • Due to a period of growth, we already have a few warm roles to get you kick started however you will ultimately be responsible for building your own desk.

  • Competitive Package: Base salary up to £40k and a company car DOE.
  • Performance Rewards: Salary review after the probation period, annual end of year bonus (5% of salary based on company sales targets & 5% based on individual performance)
  • Commission scheme is both competitive and uncapped, starting at 20% for the first 12 months on new business
  • 29 days Annual Leave, increasing to 34 plus Bank Holidays.
