A four-form entry school in Barking and Dagenham is fully inclusive, featuring its own Deaf ARP. The school occupies a beautiful, modern building with a newly developed outdoor play area and Forest School. It serves a catchment of enthusiastic children who are eager to learn.
The school is currently seeking an inspirational Class Teacher and Leader of Learning to join their hard-working KS2 team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop leadership skills across a year group and curriculum subject.
The successful candidate should have high expectations for children's learning and behavior, ambition to drive improvements within their assigned year group and curriculum subject, a secure understanding of assessment, the ability to challenge, inspire, and motivate, and skills to develop others into outstanding practitioners.
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A QTS qualification
- Experience of teaching KS2 pupils in a primary school setting
- A good understanding of the National Curriculum
