We have an initially temporary General Operative role available within Aggregate Industries in Coalville . This role is ideal for someone who adheres to the Health and Safety regulations, we're looking for someone who's a team-player and is comfortable working outdoors.
Role: General Operative
Location: Coalville
Rate: £12ph
Contract length: 3 months with a view to extend
Shift Patterns: 7am - 7pm Monday - Friday
Start date: ASAP
Role Description:
To assist drivers with loading out of our plant. You will be situated directly outside of our plant and will need to communicate with all drivers before they go under to ensure they are in the correct positions to be loaded.
Training will be provided to learn how drivers are to load out of the plant.
Essential requirements:
- Adhering to the Health and Safety legislation at all times.
- Willingness to learn and be a team-player.
- Happy to work outdoors.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Must have access to a vehicle and drive to site.
