The Role:
In this role you will be embedded in the Financial Lines Team, working directly alongside both the brokers and clients to handle claims to conclusion by liaising with all interested parties. As such, the successful candidate will have excellent knowledge of claims, excellent communication skills, and deep understanding of regulatory controls and procedures.
You will be joining a high performing, and tight-knit team of experts where you will become embedded in the team directly as a Executive.
Whilst the majority of the business is currently UK based, the team have indicated you will primarily work in the local Bristol area, for a variety of professions, including Solicitors, Accountants, Architects and Surveyors.
The successful candidate will be an individual who has the ability to review policy wordings, and is comfortable advocating on behalf of their clients, so that they acquire the accurate policy coverage available under the terms of their policy.
The Requirements:
- Previous experience with Insurance is a must, with 2 years worth of exposure the minimum.
- Experience in Financial Lines claims - desirable
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with clients, insurers, and colleagues
- Deep understanding of regulatory controls and procedures
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
