Are you passionate about the automotive industry and excel in customer service?

We are seeking a dedicated Commercial Parts Advisor to join our clients thriving team!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional support to customers, both in-person and over the phone, regarding parts inquiries and orders.
  • Parts Management: Assist in managing and maintaining inventory levels, ensuring parts are correctly stocked and available.
  • Order Processing: Efficiently process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Technical Assistance: Offer technical advice and support to customers, helping them find the right parts for their needs.
  • Sales: Identify opportunities to upsell and promote additional products and services to customers.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a parts advisory role, preferably within the commercial automotive industry.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Good technical knowledge of automotive parts.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday: 8am - 6pm
  • Saturday Morning 1in2 - paid overtime
  • Bonus
