This luxury lingerie company is looking for an ecommerce customer care manager to join its team on a permanent basis. It is a multi-award-winning brand, offering high quality lingerie and nightwear. In this role you will be overseeing the day-to-day operations of the customer care team. You will be responsible for providing a high standard of customer service to clients via phone, email, live chat and social media. Additionally, you will manage the ecommerce Shopify website and work with the head of e-commerce to help improve site user experience.
To be successful in the role you will need to have experience with B2C customer interaction in an online or offline environment. You will also need to have experience managing a team and NetSuite and Shopify experience is preferable.
