Position: Primary School Teacher KS2

Location: Shrewsbury

Start Date: September 2024

Duration: 1- 3 Terms

Salary: £150 - £190 per day

We are currently seeking a talented and enthusiastic KS2 Teacher to join their dedicated team on a permanent, full-time basis starting in September.

As a Primary School Teacher, you will have the rewarding opportunity to inspire and educate young minds, guiding their academic and emotional development. Your role will involve preparing engaging lesson plans, nourishing a positive learning environment, and supporting the unique needs of each student.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons that align with the KS2 curriculum objectives and cater to diverse learner needs.
  • Create and implement effective assessment strategies to track and monitor student progress.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and refine the primary school curriculum.
  • Provide support and guidance to students in their academic and personal growth.
  • Contribute to the wider school community through extracurricular activities and events as needed.

Requirements for this role include:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent with experience in teaching Key Stage 2 (KS2)
  • Experience working with Primary school students
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A passion for education and a commitment to student success
