Void Cleansing Operative
- Hourly Rate: PAYE £13.49 per hour // £17.19 Umbrella per hour
- Location: Nottingham – City wide
- Job Type: Temporary – 3 months with possible extension

We are currently seeking a dedicated Void Cleansing Operative to join a Housing Service team on a temporary basis. The role involves the cleaning and clearance of empty properties, preparing them for new occupants. The ideal candidate will be a reliable individual with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
A full UK driving licence is essential as the role requires travel within the Nottingham area.
Day to Day of the Role:
- Thoroughly cleaning and clearing out vacant properties to a high standard.
- Safely disposing of waste and unwanted items in accordance with company policies and local regulations.
- Performing minor maintenance tasks to ensure properties are ready for new tenants.
- Reporting any issues or damages found within the properties to the management team.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience in cleaning, property maintenance, or a similar role.
- Full UK driving licence and access to reliable transportation.
- Good physical fitness, as the role involves manual handling and lifting.
