About the Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Resourcer to join our Early Years Team. In this role, you will play a critical part in identifying and recruiting top Early Years candidates for Nursery settings. You will work closely with our team to understand the specific needs of our clients and match them with the perfect candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Candidate Sourcing & Headhunting: Utilize various platforms and techniques to identify and engage with potential Early Years candidates.
- Interviewing: Conduct interviews with prospective candidates to assess their suitability for roles within Nursery settings.
- Organizing Training: Coordinate and manage candidate training courses to ensure our candidates are fully prepared for their roles.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and clients to ensure successful placements.
- Database Management: Maintain an up-to-date and organized database of candidates and track their progress through the recruitment process.

What We're Looking For:
- Knowledge of Early Years Education: A background in Early Years education or a thorough understanding of the sector is highly desirable.
- Experience in Talent Acquisition: Previous experience in talent acquisition or recruitment is advantageous.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Organizational Skills: Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Motivated and Driven: A self-starter with a strong desire to succeed and make a positive impact.
