Role Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and systematic Team Administrative Assistant to join the Renewals team. Key Responsibilities:
" Update and process data within a case management system.
" Issue renewal reminders via email.
" Monitor reminders from overseas agents.
" Update case records.
" Check draft invoices.
" Provide general administrative support.
