My client is looking for a Finance Business Partner to be based in their Taunton office.
What will you be doing:
- Use financial expertise to drive commercial performance through accurate insights and advice
- Driving efficiencies in management information reporting and consistency working closely with the Data & Insight team and functions within the accounting software provider
Other regulatory tasks - VAT, CIS etc
- Contribute as required to the year-end financial reporting requirements and annual audit process
- Build partnerships and maintain strong relationships with Senior Management
- Responsibility for financial oversight and control for applicable business areas
- Owning processes to optimise them, looking at innovative ways to improve
What we need from you
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including willingness to speak to clients regularly and make client calls
- Proficient and confident in maintaining spreadsheets and using excel functions including formulas, Vlookup & pivot tables
- Qualified ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or working towards
