Senior Customer Advisor

We are working with a global technology company to recruit a Senior Customer Advisor, the successful candidate must have coaching/mentoring junior team members and have experience with Customer contact via calls, emails or webchat.
This role is 5 days on site based in Caerphilly.

Key Responsibilities for the Senior Customer Advisor: - Support with the incoming calls, emails and chatbox queries
- As the senior you will be dealing with the escalations from the customer advisors, complaints and advanced troubleshooting and any project work
- The contact centre receives roughly 2500 contacts per week
- Any technical issues that are not able to be troubleshooted will be escalated via a ticketing system to the technical team

Key Skills for the Senior Customer Advisor: - Much have experience in a Customer Contact setting - taking customer queries via phone, email or chatbox
- Experience training, coaching or mentoring junior team members
- Excellent Customer Service
- Ability to communication with a diverse range of customers
- Ideally, fluent in German however, this is not essential and will not impact your application
