IT Business Analyst - Platform Transition & Collaboration Tools
Robert Half is assisting a leading Global Consulting Firm in finding an experienced IT Business Analyst to support a resource augmentation capacity. The firm is currently leveraging an intranet and collaboration platform called Workplace from Meta, which will be deprecated and out-of-support from April 2025. The selected candidate will work entirely under the direction and supervision of CLIENT management to support the transition to Microsoft Viva.
- Location: Hybrid working, with 1-2 days in London
- Contract Type: Initial 6-month interim contract, with potential for further extension into 2025
- Compensation: Competitive daily rate via an FCSA accredited umbrella company
Experience Required:
- Extensive experience as an IT Business Analyst with a proven track record in managing technology transitions.
- Strong skills in building and defining both functional and non-functional requirements.
- Ability to establish the scope of new solutions, including required functionality and users in scope.
- Expertise in identifying technology options and reviewing commercials.
- Capability to support the selection of new technology.
- Experience in conducting Proof of Concepts (POCs) and supporting full technology implementations.
- A proactive approach in identifying and addressing project challenges.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
