As a key member of a talented and diverse marketing team, the Campaigns Executive will be instrumental in developing and executing targeted direct response campaigns, managing affiliate relationships, and optimizing performance to meet business objectives. Reporting to the Campaigns Lead and working closely with the Digital Marketing Specialist, you will ensure the success of our acquisition campaigns.

What you'll do:

  • Direct Marketing Management: Develop, implement, and optimise data-driven direct marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention.
  • Affiliate & Community Hub Management: Work closely with affiliate partners and the community team to nurture relationships, expand our network, and drive new customer acquisition.
  • Campaign Development and Execution: Create compelling and targeted direct and digital marketing campaigns to reach specific customer segments. Collaborate with the creative and content teams to develop assets that align with campaign objectives. Implement A/B testing and other optimisation strategies to improve campaign performance.
  • Performance Analysis and Reporting: Track, analyse, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and affiliate programs. Provide insights and recommendations to improve ROI and achieve business goals. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.
  • Budget Management: Manage budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum impact. Continuously evaluate the cost-effectiveness of campaigns and make adjustments as needed.

What you'll bring:

  • Experience: 2-5 years in Marketing, with experience working within an agency or B2C environment. Experience managing direct response and affiliate campaigns is preferable but not essential.
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data-driven decision-making, excellent project management, great negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Education: Degree in Marketing or equivalent.

  • Internal: Campaign Lead, Brand and Content Lead, Digital Marketing Specialist, Community Liaison Team.
  • External: Print & Fulfillment Agency, Media Agency, Branding Agency, Local Community hubs, and affiliate partners.

Knowledge & Experience:

  • Experience in integrated or direct response campaign management.
  • Experience reporting on campaign performance.
  • Experience managing CRM and marketing platforms and tools, ensuring effective campaign execution and management.
