Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Success & Insight Manager to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a innovative insights platform focused on providing exceptional client experiences.
Location: Remote (UK-based), with occasional travel to London office
THE CLIENT SUCCESS & INSIGHT MANAGER ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing regular communications.
- Develop a deep understanding of clients' organizations and identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver research projects meeting clients' needs.
- Provide product knowledge and insights to inspire clients to maximize platform value.
- Work with the business development team to identify and secure new business within existing accounts.
THE IDEAL CLIENT SUCCESS & INSIGHT MANAGER WILL HAVE:
- Proven 5 years experience account management or customer success experience in FMCG industry.
- Strong relationship-building, communication skills to engage confidently with senior clients.
- Familiarity with insight platforms and understanding of research process.
- Proactive, solution-oriented approach and ability to adapt in a fast-paced scale-up environment.
- Passion for exceptional client experiences and genuine interest in the product and mission.
