Our client, a leading full-service events agency, are looking for Account Executives to join their growing agency. The Account Executives are key members of the Client Services Division, supporting Account Managers and Directors in the delivery of a range of live, digital, and creative event solutions for a variety of corporate clients.

As an Account Executive your key responsibilities include:

  • Record and monitor key schedule dates, for event and contractual obligations, working with the AD/AM to ensure all commitments are fulfilled.
  • Support the AM with event bookings and negotiation of rates, forward planning needs and input into the planning strategy.
  • Proactive contribution in meetings, weekly and calls. Supporting AD/AM with the preparation of meeting documentation, taking minutes, and circulating meeting notes.
  • Regular communication with client teams, presenting relevant information to installation teams for each event.
  • Purchase event space, goods and services in-line with company procedures.
  • Book team travel & accommodation and diary management.
  • Research new venues, key clients, and accounts for the Corporate sales team.

The ideal Account Executive will have:

  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and the ability to efficiently manage data and information from a variety of sources.
  • Strong organisational, planning and time management skills including the ability to prioritise workload and work to competing deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise professionally with stakeholders of all levels.

This is a flexible working opportunity with a mix of home and office working, from either the London or Eastbourne offices.
