Job Summary:
Dynamic, established and growing business employing 15 staff requiring an efficient and organised individual in the role of Operations Support.
Responsibilities:
- Manage distribution paperwork, ensure paperwork is sorted & filed daily & stored safely
- Invoice Management
- Customer Service
- General administration
- Supporting the Operations manager and the rest of the team
Requirements:
- Strong organisational skills with a structured approach to creating documents and reports
- Good written and verbal English Language to communicate with customers, suppliers and colleagues
- Meticulous attention to detail
- The ability to understand a wide range of business aspects including technical specifications, quality standards, customer websites etc
- The ability to research projects on their own
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Word and Excel is essential
Hours:
- Monday to Friday
- 40 hour per week
- Fully office based
