We are looking for a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Store Manager at CTD.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to showcase your product knowledge and expertise while providing exceptional customer service. You will lead and motivate your team to achieve sales targets and ensure that our branch maintains its excellent reputation.

What will You be doing?

  • Leading and managing your branch team to achieve sales targets and KPIs
  • Using your people skills and product expertise to sell, advise on, and promote our tile and associated product ranges to customers
  • Representing the CTD brand and contributing to the profitability and reputation of your branch

What will You achieve?

  • Assist the team in achieving annual branch targets and meeting KPIs
  • Maintain branch standards
  • Provide leadership and manage all aspects of branch operation
  • Stay updated on interior design trends and the role of tiles in renovation schemes
  • Offer specific advice to customers on trade and retail products
  • Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe working environment
  • Continuously improve customer service
  • Complete training activities to develop your role and skills
  • Comply with relevant legislation, company policy, and procedures
