Description
- Processes Supplier invoices
- ensures accuracy of accounts payable reports
- Performing other ad hoc tasks
- Create and submit the monthly VAT claims for the UK and EU legal entities
- Maintain vendor files and address any discrepancies or issues
Profile
The Successful senior accounts payable clerk will have:
- 5 years + experience in accounts
- 2/3 years + experience in senior accounts payable ideally
- From a stock industry such as retail, pharmaceutical, automobile etc
- Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance standards.
- Basic understanding of general ledger accounting
