- Deliver comprehensive treatment and product brand training and support within the beauty and spa industry
- Co-ordinate online e-training and support the sales team in trade shows and promotions
- Manage own diary to ensure timely delivery of training and stay updated with industry trends
Preferred Requirements:
- Experience and strong skills in training, organisation, customer service, and time management
- Passion for the beauty and spa industry
- Exceptional communication skills to liaise with colleagues and clients
- Strong attention to detail to maintain up-to-date training paperwork and documents
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar training role
- Qualified in NVQ level 3 or equivalent including facial electricals
- Demonstrated ability to manage own diary effectively and deliver training within set timeframes
