Engage Education are currently working in partnership with a secondary school in the BD20 area of Bradford. The school are looking to grow their teaching staff in September 2024, and are currently requiring full-time teachers for the following subjects:
- English
- Maths
- Science (full-time and part-time)
- Drama
- RE
- PSHE
- Geography
The school is looking for teachers to deliver these subjects to KS3/KS4 students. All of the roles will be full-time and ongoing for a minimum of one year (with permanent offers for the right candidates).
Interviews will be flexible and can either be held virtually or face-to-face before the end of the academic year.
Requirements:
- Qualified teacher status (QTS)
- A resilient attitude and range of behaviour management techniques.
- A dedication to enhancing young people's learning, regardless of disadvantage.
- A commitment to working at the school for a consistent period of time.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Manage challenging behaviour positively and in line with the schools' ethos and procedures.
- Ensure learning and lessons are well sequenced and meet the needs of children.
- Provide a positive and nurturing environment for children with a range of needs.
- Motivate, engage and inspire children
- A dedication to the safeguarding of young people.
