- Provide compassionate and person-centred support to individuals facing various challenges.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and multi-disciplinary teams to create tailored care plans.
- Empower and encourage individuals to achieve their personal goals and enhance their quality of life.
Preferred Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in a similar support or care role, showcasing empathy and resilience.
- Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the flexibility to adapt to evolving situations.
- A genuine passion for promoting independence and dignity for those in your care.
- Understanding of safeguarding practices and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of care.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Relevant NVQ/QCF Level 2 or 3 qualification in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
- Certification in First Aid and Basic Life Support.
- Additional training in Mental Health First Aid or other relevant areas of support and care.
