HR ASSISTANT/ RECRUITMENT - INITIAL 3 MONTHS - INSIDE IR35

Loriens Dundee based Public Sector clients is looking for a skilled HR Assistant with a Recruitment focus on an initial 3 month contract.

Essential Skills

  • Experienced in recruitment environment.
  • Competent in running direct recruitment campaigns from end to end (i.e. from authorisation/advert through to pre-employment checks/issuing contracts.
  • Knowledge of leading briefings/wash-ups.
  • Ability to facilitate assessments.
  • IT literate - use of Microsoft Office effectively, particularly Office 365.
  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work co-operatively and supportively with others
  • Keeps others informed of progress of work plan, targets, etc.
  • Aware of recruitment trends and keeps own recruitment knowledge and skills up to date

Desirable skills

  • Job analysis and assessment design.
  • Focus on process improvement.
