Akkodis are partnering with a highly established client in Central London who has a collaborative IT function and being a non-profit organisation all the work is for an excellent cause.
My client is seeking a skilled Power Platform Consultant to join their team and play a pivotal role in transforming their business processes and delivering actionable insights predominantly through Power Automate and Power BI.
As a Power Platform Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions using Microsoft Power Automate and Power BI, working closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and deliver customised solutions that enhance efficiency, productivity, and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Power Automate Development:
- Design, develop, and deploy automated workflows using Power Automate.
- Integrate Power Automate with various data sources, applications, and services.
- Optimize and troubleshoot existing workflows to improve performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and provide training on workflow automation.
Power BI Development:
- Design and develop interactive and visually appealing Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Connect Power BI to diverse data sources and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Implement data models, DAX calculations, and advanced data transformations.
- Conduct performance tuning and optimisation of Power BI reports.
Required experience
- Proven experience as a Power Platform Consultant, with a strong focus on Power Automate and Power BI.
- Proficiency in designing, developing, and deploying Power Automate workflows.
- Expertise in creating and optimizing Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models.
- Strong understanding of data integration, data transformation, and ETL processes.
- Relevant certifications in Power Platform (e.g., PL-100, PL-200, PL-400, DA-100) are a plus.
