Cluster Sales Manager - Sports & Fitness
Up to £32,000 + £500-£750-month commission.
Due to an internal promotion, we are looking for a selling Cluster Sales Manager to work across two fantastic Sports and Fitness Clubs in the London Notting Hill area, working for a great health and fitness brand renowned for developing and progressing their internal talent.
The role:
- Develop and implement a daily sales and marketing planner.
- Lead on all membership sales and outreach activity, networking and building relationships within the corporate and local community to generate new gym membership leads.
- Manage a cross-trained reception team on both sites who will support with sales.
- Run membership sales and prospect reports, analyse and interpret the data to make informed decisions about future sales and retention strategies.
- Work with the sports department to help increase bookings and revenue in these areas.
- Support both sites to ensure members have a fantastic customer experience.
- Work a mixture of shifts from 9am-6pm to 12-9pm Monday-Friday and close out weekends over a 40-hour week.
The person.
- An outgoing self-starter, able to work under one's own initiative.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
- Experience in developing and leading outreach activity, ideally within a health and fitness environment, possibly as a Senior Sales Consultant, Sales Manager, Assistant Manager or Club Manager.
- A demonstrable passion for health and fitness.
- Can reliably commute to Notting Hill daily.
