Founder led with a strong social media presence, this is the chance to become part of their mission, as well as developing your own skillset.

What will you do

  • Ownership of customer service tickets and be the first point of contact
  • Monitor 3PL warehouse and logistics partners to ensure OTIF delivery of orders
  • Work with hauliers and couriers to ensure cost are kept to a minimum
  • Handling returns and dealing with any issues with retailer orders
  • Order processing and checking stock availability
  • Work along side supply chain team to ensure accurate inventory data

What do you need

  • Happy to be on site 5 days a week
  • Operations or logistics experience within a consumer goods brand
  • Experience managing order fulfilment for B2B accounts ideally retailers
  • Previously dealt with and managed 3PL partners
