What will you do
- Ownership of customer service tickets and be the first point of contact
- Monitor 3PL warehouse and logistics partners to ensure OTIF delivery of orders
- Work with hauliers and couriers to ensure cost are kept to a minimum
- Handling returns and dealing with any issues with retailer orders
- Order processing and checking stock availability
- Work along side supply chain team to ensure accurate inventory data
What do you need
- Happy to be on site 5 days a week
- Operations or logistics experience within a consumer goods brand
- Experience managing order fulfilment for B2B accounts ideally retailers
- Previously dealt with and managed 3PL partners
