Elevation Recruitment Group are currently working with a leading manufacturing company based in Doncaster, dedicated to delivering high-quality products and exceptional service to global clients.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Export Administrator to join their dynamic team and contribute to their continued success.

Role Overview: As an Export Administrator, you will play a crucial role in managing the export process, ensuring that all shipments are handled efficiently and in compliance with international regulations. You will work closely with logistics, sales, and production teams to facilitate smooth and timely delivery of products to customers around the world.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage the end-to-end export process, including documentation, customs clearance, and shipment tracking.
  • Prepare and process export documentation, such as invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
  • Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company policies.
  • Liaise with shipping companies, freight forwarders, and customs authorities to resolve any issues or discrepancies.
  • Monitor and track shipments to provide accurate and timely updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate records of all export transactions and ensure proper documentation is kept.
  • Assist in preparing export reports and performance metrics.
  • Address any export-related queries or issues from customers or internal teams promptly.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in export administration or a similar role within a manufacturing or logistics environment.
  • Strong understanding of international trade regulations, export documentation, and customs procedures.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with export management software is a plus.
