**Position: KS2 Primary SEN Teaching Assistant
As a primary SEN Teaching Assistant with Randstad, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the educational experiences of students with special needs. **Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored support to students, adapting teaching methods to meet their individual learning needs.
- Assist in implementing individualised education plans (IEPs) for personalised learning experiences.
- Support classroom management and help maintain a positive and encouraging atmosphere.
- Establish effective communication channels with parents, teachers, and specialists to ensure a collaborative approach to student support.
- Prepare and adapt teaching materials to cater to the diverse needs of students.
**Essential Requirements:
- Experience working or volunteering with SEND children, preferably with experience in autism/ADHD.
- Strong behaviour management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Caring and empathetic personality.
- Commitment to safeguarding children.
- Possession of a DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one.
