Job description

Weare looking to recruit an experienced and enthusiastic digital professional to manage and grow Crowe Global's social media channels. You will be joining our Crowe Global team, providing a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic individual looking to progress their career with a global brand.

If you have social media experience working in a fast-paced, consultative environment with highly organised project management and coordination skills, this role could be for you.

Crowe Global is head quartered in New York, USA but this role will be located in the UK. Working remotely, you will closely collaborate with the Crowe Global team and build relationships with firms in the Crowe Global Network. Travel may be required depending on the needs of the business.

Remote location welcome. Candidate should be available to attend Crowe UK, London office for meetings as required. Frequency not expected to exceed once a month.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow Crowe Global's social media accounts.
  • Input into and help to deliver the overall social media strategy and content calendar for Crowe Global.
  • Create and deliver a social media content plan and strategy to promote Crowe Global's flagship thought leadership programme - the Art of Smart.
  • Provide regular insight into the effectiveness of content and measurement against key performance indicators.
  • Source and amplify internationally relevant member firm content.
  • Working with our brand agency, select and create the social media assets most suitable for each post.
  • Support the Crowe brand's employer value proposition through social channels and relevant content.
  • Share social media best practice and latest trends with Crowe Global and advise member firms.
  • Provide training to specific member groups on best practice.
  • Reinforce the Global Social Media policy and address non compliance issues.
  • Collaborate with the website team to ensure social content and website experience is coordinated and effective.
  • Manage the 'naming convention standards' workstream as part of our Brand Journey.
  • Identify the latest trends in the digital and social media landscape - platforms, engagement, experience, performance and tools.
  • Effectively build and manage stakeholder relationships through knowledge sharing and expectation management.
  • Act as a brand guardian, ensuring consistency and compliance in the development of all social media content.
  • Monitor mentions/engagements to identify opportunities, escalate issues, and support with crisis communications where necessary.

Skills and experience

  • Excellent writing, editing and social media content creation.
  • Stakeholder relationship management both internally and with suppliers.
  • Track record in social media management.
  • Efficient and enthusiastic with a solutions driven and delivery focused attitude.
  • International experience and appreciative of different cultures and customs.
  • Proactive as well as responsive.
  • Excellent organisation and project management skills with the ability to multi task to a high standard to meet strict deadlines.
  • Confident with an ability to manage challenging situations with diplomacy and discretion.
  • Excellent language skills and good communicator at all levels, both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to accurately convert technical content into compelling copy.
  • Creative with excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent at reporting, analysing and interpreting data.
  • An eye for emerging trends.
  • Works well in a team, with an ability to manage and prioritise own workload.
  • Knowledge and application of the full Microsoft office suite.

Qualifications

  • Communications or digital related degree/relevant qualification(s). We are open to candidates who do not have these qualifications, if they have proven relevant experience.
  • Previous professional services experience is desired, preferably in accountancy.
