Base Location: Perth – this is a hybrid role working a minimum of two days a week from the office at the advertised location.

Salary: £28,072 – £32,605 + a range of other benefits to support your family, finances and wellbeing.

What is the Role?

Working as a Technical Advisor within our Metering team you will be responsible for resolving complex billing and metering queries. You will consult with our service providers regularly to provide weekly reports to our customers. As part of your role, you will:

  • Ensure our customers receive the highest levels of service through the delivery of exceptional customer service both via email and telephone.
  • You will be adaptive in your approach, proactively managing your customers and maintaining high levels of service while meeting KPI's and targets.
  • Being a customer facing role, you'll be great at establishing and nourishing positive working relationships with stakeholders both internal and external to the business.

What do I need?

To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:

  • Previous experience of working within a Customer Service environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving ability.
  • Excellent communication skills and willingness to learn.
  • Great knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including running reports and analysing Excel based data.
