Assistant Lettings Manager – Benefits
- £25k basic plus a generous bespoke commission package - £35k OTE
- Paid for industry qualifications

Assistant Lettings Manager – Duties:
- Booking in and attending lettings viewings & valuations.
- Generating business both face to face and over the phone.
- Organising pre tenancy paperwork.
- Negotiating lets.
- Updating window cards and online portals.
- Striving to meet and exceed KPI's and targets.
- Helping to create marketing material.
- Supporting the wider team by providing leadership, mentorship and training
- Support the Lettings Manager with the oversight of day to day operations
- Working alongside the Lettings Manager to drive you team to success, leading them to achieve both personal and team goals
- Creating and implementing innovative ways to drive business, maximise income and opportunities
- Lead by example and be a go to senior member of the team for you branch
Assistant Lettings Manager – Experience Needed
- Previous lettings experience is essential, at a Senior Lettings Negotiator level, you will be ready to take your first step into management
- You will be naturally driven, a go getter and looking for your next career move
- You will be a strong communicator with excellent inter-personal skills.
- You will have solid IT skills and be technology savvy.
- Negotiation skills are key and you will be well-spoken and well-presented.
- You will be target driven and ambitious.
- Excellent organisation skills and punctuality are paramount.
